Regularly remove dust from the canvas using a soft brush or a dry cloth.
Do not allow stains to set or dry.

For light stains, clean gently with a cloth slightly dampened with cold water, without rubbing.

For localized stains, lather a mild soap and gently brush the canvas using a soft brush in circular motions.
Take care not to brush the leather trimmings or straps.
If the stain persists, allow the soap to sit for a few minutes, then remove it with a non-abrasive sponge dampened with clean water until fully rinsed.
Do not place the item directly under running water.

Allow the canvas to dry completely before use or storage.

We also recommend reapplying a water-repellent treatment once the item is completely dry, in order to preserve its protective properties.

After exposure to rain, gently blot the bag with a towel without rubbing, then allow it to dry away from direct sunlight or any heat source.

Light shades require particular care. Repeated friction with raw textiles, such as denim, may cause color transfer.

Machine washing, high-pressure cleaning, and the use of chemical products are strictly prohibited.

For pieces made entirely or partially of leather, a specific treatment has been applied to preserve the beauty and quality of the material.

Dust the leather regularly with a dry, soft cloth.

For light stains, clean only with a cloth slightly dampened with clean water.

Avoid wipes, alcohol, dish soap, or multi-purpose cleaners, as they may dry out, damage, or stain the leather.

Once a year, apply a leather nourishing cream specifically designed for leather.

Use a small amount and spread it gently and evenly to preserve suppleness, protect the material, and restore its natural sheen.

Protect the leather from heat and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause drying or discoloration.

Do not attempt to reattach or remove the stamping yourself, as this may irreversibly damage the canvas. If the stamping fades or peels over time, it can be redone free of charge in one of our boutiques.

Clean the metal hardware with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints or surface marks.

Do not store the bag in a humid environment.

In case of exposure to rain, dry the metal hardware as soon as possible to preserve its appearance and finish.

Store the piece in its dust bag to protect it from dust and light. Fill the interior with tissue paper to maintain its shape when not in use.
