PRESS BAG
What could be more delectable than reading the morning paper while having your coffee or darjeeling tea? To offer this simple pleasure, big hotels slipped the day’s newspapers in a deep bag they attached to the door handle of each room. The Press Bag No.41 is inspired by this tradition: tall, narrow, very light and supple – it is unlined and can hold your essential newspapers and magazines to understand the world or stay abreast of fashion week. Thus it’s far more practical than a typical “special event” or advertising bag, even the snobbiest ones.
The Press bag No.41 has vertically appliqued webbing that continue into handles, a small inside pocket and a snap closure.
It exists in beige linen/cotton canvas and navy blue or yellow 100% cotton canvas. It can be piped in navy blue, yellow, burgundy, black, pink, red, white or sky blue. And nothing will stop you from using it as a pool bag!
You can make it unique by adding a Several character or multicolor stamping or a L/UNIFORM patch on your order

Rigorous quality control will then check out each article, according to a set of precise and demanding specifications. |

CANVAS & LEATHERThis canvas is made of linen and cotton, or just cotton depending on the shade. It is light, supple and resistant, while being also washable, water-repellent and anti-staining thanks to treatments that respect the environment. The leather is full-grain calf skin, which has been dye-injected to guarantee the uniformity of its colour, then “water-drop” treated to increase its impermeability. |
100% HANDMADEThe entirety of our range has been devised in Carcassonne, in the production site’s workshops, by highly qualified craftspeople. Trained by L/Uniform, they mean that demanding practices and knowhows can live on. The articles are then made in our own workshops, in Europe: a rigorous and perfectly coordinated production site means being able to check and master the production of series as well as special orders, within realistic and controllable deadlines. The final verification of our articles is undertaken in Carcassonne. |
