BROWN QUADRILLE CANVAS COTTON AND LINEN

Woven exclusively for L/UNIFORM in Italy, this canvas combines cotton (63%) and linen (37%), to achieve a balance between strength, lightness and suppleness. Its plain weave, known for its stability and durability, creates a canvas with no right or wrong side.

After weaving, the canvas is washed and shorn to
obtain an almost smooth surface. It is then treated with a water-repellent treatment, before being coated on both sides to ease care while preserving a matte appearance.

On the brown quadrille canvas, the linen yarn is dyed, creating the distinctive graphic contrast of this canvas.

FULL-GRAIN CALFSKIN

Selected for its quality and lasting structure, the full-grain calfskin used by L/UNIFORM is a milled calf leather of Catalan origin. Supple while remaining structured, it is valued for its sturdiness and natural resistance, suited to everyday use.

Its grain, marked by a natural depth, develops a patina over time, revealing a living material that evolves with use while preserving its character and comfort.

LA TOILE QUADRILLE MARRON COTON ET LIN

Tissée en Italie exclusivement pour L/UNIFORM, cette toile associe coton (63 %) et lin (37 %) pour un équilibre entre solidité, légèreté et souplesse. Son tissage toile, reconnu pour sa stabilité et sa résistance, offre une matière sans envers ni endroit.

Après tissage, la toile est lavée puis rasée afin d’obtenir une surface presque lisse. Elle reçoit ensuite un traitement déperlant, avant d’être enduite sur les deux faces, ce qui facilite l’entretien tout en conservant son aspect mat.

Le fil de lin est teinté en marron, créant le contraste graphique caractéristique de cette toile.

LE CUIR DE VEAU PLEINE FLEUR

Sélectionné pour sa qualité et sa tenue dans le temps, le cuir de veau pleine fleur utilisé par L/UNIFORM est un veau foulonné d’origine catalane. Souple tout en restant structuré, il se distingue par sa robustesse et sa résistance naturelle, adaptées aux usages quotidiens.
