Natural quadrille
The No. 88 bread envelope is made of soft linen and raw cotton canvas (not coated, the bread must be able to breathe without getting soft!). Its good dimensions (40 cm x 38 cm) and its clever closing system – two riveted leather discs connected by a leather lace – allow the size of the envelope to be adapted to that of the bread.

More precisely, a large ball of bread (wholemeal or not, with or without gluten, white or brown, as you like it), must be preserved, pampered, cared for, in short, properly protected.
